We do now offer a 'click and Collect' service at the Chapel Allerton shop. We are also trailing local delivery too.

There are a few changes to our service to ensure we are operating as safely as possible for our staff and customers. Please see the notices at each shop or check out our social media posts for the latest information.

Our Aim:

Hi, I'm Kirsty owner of the refilling station (find out more about me here). My lovely team and I aim to help local shoppers reduce the amount of wasteful packaging in their shopping. We have our 'zero-waste' shops in Leeds and Harrogate and we source as many local suppliers as possible who share our ethos. We stock loose natural foods, ethical groceries, refills, eco-friendly bathroom products and household items.

The term zero-waste actually refers to the amount of waste consumers produce whilst shopping. It would be very difficult for our shops to completely zero-waste because even though most of our stock comes in 25kg sacks or 12.5kg boxes, this packaging is still waste! We do try and use all we can again or responsibly recycle that which we can't. Read our blog posts where we try and share with you how we try and make our own buying choices as ethical as possible.
